22nd – 24th March – Aumale/Cuckfield Football Weekend
Once again the ever popular exchange between the Aumale & Cuckfield Football Teams. For a chance to join the festivities, contact Paul Ruse for details as they unfold. Rumour that this event has much at all to do with football and/or that sporting expertise may be required is one of those enduring urban myths best ignored.

19th April, Saturday – Outing to Savill Gardens at Windsor
Last year’s visit to see the work of CEA Member Harvey Stephens proved a real success (see the stunning photos on the CEA web pages under Photo Album). For those who missed out and those wishing to go again, early booking is essential as numbers have to be limited. The visit will include a bonus: the Valley Garden, stunning in April & May. Please contact Andrew Symonds for further details and to register interest.

25th April, Friday, 7:30 p.m. St George’s Day Celebration
ONLY A FEW SEATS LEFT – HURRY!
St George’s Day Celebration Party at the Queen’s Hall. The surprise new hit of 2007, this event is being run again under the stewardship of CEA’s Jim Grieve. Please contact Jim for remaining availability.

5th May, Monday – The Cuckoo Fayre
See you at the Cuckoo Fayre for drinks and light refreshments as you shelter from the rain and storms.

14th June, Saturday – the Return of the Jazz Evening
Old Beech Farm Whiteman’s Green, but kind permission of Mr & Mrs Mike Harris, from 7:00 p.m. Local parking available. The South Coast Stompers. Bring you own tables, chairs and picnic.

12th – 15th September – Visit to Karlstadt
Cuckfield visits Karlstadt. Angela von Geldern is lining up a special programme for the 10th Anniversary of the Karlstadt link – to include a visit to Coburg, the chance to honour our good friend, Karl-Heinz Keller, who will by then have stood down after a distinguished and continuous 18 year period as mayor and to meet their new Mayor, Dr Paul Kruck. Please use the booking form here by 30th April to reserve your place.

22nd November, Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. – Beaujolais Brunch
The Beaujolais Brunch in the Old School is the favourite time to catch up socially in a convivial environment.

19th December – Christmas Event at Borde Hill
EARLY BOOKING WILL BE ESSENTIAL!
By popular request and by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Stephenson-Clark, the Christmas event returns for this year to the magical surroundings of Borde Hill House. As numbers will of necessity be limited, early booking will be essential.
