Having a post Christmas clear out? You can take you Christmas tree to the Whitemans Green playing ground car park between Saturday 3rd January and Friday 16th January 2009. Trees will be composted locally.
Extra landfill cannot be collected if your wheelie bin is full but can be taken to the main household waste recycling depot is in Burgess Hill.
Extra Recycling at Christmas that will not fit in your bin, can be left beside your bin either in a cardboard box that can be recycled or a box that can be easily emptied. Please do not leave it in a plastic carrier bag, as they will not be able to accept it.
