Clinic Open Day for Friends of Woodlands Meed
The Clinic at Borde Hill invite you to pop in and meet the therapists, attend a short talk on a variety of health related topics and support Woodlands Meed school by enjoying a cuppa and cake or entering our raffle.
Talk Schedule is as follows: 12:45 Acupuncture, 1:30 Natural Teeth Whitening, 2:00 Mindfulness session, 2:45 Gait analysis (Podiatry/Chiropody), 3:20 Osteopathy for animals (demo!), 3:45 Guided meditation.
Enter the raffle and win a FREE treatment from our Acupuncturist, Chiropodist, Reflexologist or Healer. You could also win Dinner for 2 at Jeremy's Restaurant, Tea for 2 at Cafe Elvira or a bunch of flowers from Seymour & Dench. Charity Poker Night at the Rose & Crown
Open to novices and poker kings and queens. Registration from 7.30, play starts at 8pm. £10 to enter plus an optional £5 top up. Cash prize for the winner and runner up. Proceeds to Mike's Cuckfield Mayor campaign.

Cuckfield's visit to Karlstadt
Following the memorable and much enjoyed visit by our friends in Karlstadt to Cuckfield back in 2010, it is now our turn. Cuckfield's inhabitants have all been warmly invited to visit beautiful Karlstadt as guests of their town for the weekend of 7th - 9th June. We look forward to experiencing all that the local people, culture and countryside have to offer. As Karlstadts twin towns from other countries will also be visiting, our friends in Karlstadt are planning a fun, truly memorable weekend.

Visit to the Whitmores' Garden
Cuckfield European Association President Sir Clive Whitmore, GCB, CVO, is pleased to invite CEA members and their friends to his garden. Jenny and Clive have a wonderful garden at their home near Birch Grove and they have generously offered to show it to us. They hope the roses will be in full bloom at that time of year. 24 hour Rowing Challenge
A team of 3, including Cuckfield Mayoral candidate Mike Schlup, will attempt to row non-stop for 24 hours and travel at least 250,000 metres. The event will take place in the car park at the Rose & Crown and will finish with a regatta theme party on Saturday evening (fancy dress optional). All proceeds from the rowing challenge will go towards Mike's Cuckfield Mayor campaign. To sponsor the team or for more information call Mike on 07736 910344. Independent State of Cuckfield - Mayors Election
Candidates required. You could be our next Mayor all you have to do is let the committee know and start raising cash (1p per vote), interested, contact Jim Ayling at the White Harte on 01444 413454. Election night is a relaxed affair on the third Friday in October. Looking forward to seeing the Cuckfield Community once again exercising its right of corruption

Independent State of Cuckfield - Mayor's Procession
The Mayor's procession is held on the third Saturday in October and takes its format from the Lord Mayorâs Show of London. There are cash prizes for the float competition, so this is an ideal opportunity for any organisation to boost much needed funds. All floats and organisations taking part in the procession assemble at Warden Park School from 1:30pm, ready for judging by 2:00pm. Procession leaves at 2.30pm.
